ABOUT THE ADVISORY BOARD
This coalition, a partnership of esteemed accounting firm consultants Gary Boomer (Boomer Consulting), Allan Koltin (Koltin Consulting), Rebecca Ryan (Next Generation Consulting) and Gary Shamis (SS&G Financial Services, Inc.) offers a unique multidisciplinary approach to CPA firm practice management (including strategic management, marketing, technology and organizational consulting services). It's focus is to show CPA firms what is waiting for them "around the corner" and inspire them to look forward to what their firms and the profession can become.
Through innovative practice management events, articles, blogs and more, our members' broad, well-informed perspective on the issues surrounding the profession assists firms across the United States and abroad. While the group has held forums on many of the most pressing management topics, including mergers & acquisitions, recruiting & retention, sales & marketing, women's initiatives and partner compensation, it's most popular and best-known even is the annual Winning Is Everything practice management conference.
