VIRTUAL CONFERENCE SERIES:
HOW IT WORKS

NEW! Virtual Conference Series Package
For 2010, we have put together a series of 7 practice management webcasts - all presented live in streaming video by members of The Advisory Board (or their colleagues) with guest experts. For the first time, we're offering these programs as a package - and at a 50% discount off of individual prices. Sign up as a firm and your subscription/connection can be shared by an unlimited number of viewers at your location - all eligible for CPE credit. The same people do not need to attend every webcast - you can use it as individual or group CPE, a brown bag lunch program or an update for a department. Truly cost-effective, high-quality education for your management team!

Webcast Overview
Our Virtual Conference Series uses LearnLive Technologies webcast platform to provide more interactivity and more flexibility for our participants. You can log on either individually or as a group to view slides, streaming video, photos and interactive Q&A in real time. Since our cost structure is per connection, we are able to provide CPE to an unlimited number of participants. Connect your computer to an LCD in a conference room and the information can be shared with your team for no additional cost. As long as you have a firm representative proctor everyone, and they will also receive CPE certificates via e-mail after the program.

Registering
Whether you're registering as an individual or for a group, you can sign up for the program by visiting our LearnLive Technologies Webcast Schedule. There you can log in if you have an existing account, or create a new account, in order to purchase a webcast. If viewing as a group via one connection, you only need to register one individual account for one fee - you do not need to select the multiple-attendee option. The person registered does not need to be a CPA. After purchasing, confirmation and reminder e-mails will be sent to the e-mail address associated with the registered account.

Viewing the Webcast
When it's time for the webcast, you will go back to our LearnLive landing page (http://www.SocietyInsight.com/TAB) and log onto your account. Once you see the "My Learning Page" for that account, click on the "Launch" button next to the program title and begin the webcast. There will be a page that allows you to download all handout materials, including a CPE Sign-In Sheet. Check to make sure that the Pop-Up-Blocker on your web browser is turned off, and continue with the prompts to launch the webcast. The programs are both audible and visual, so please make sure that you have a computer with working speakers and the proper projection equipment if presenting in a group setting.

CPE Proctoring
In order to provide all of your attendees with CPE credit, we provide a sign-in sheet to document participation. We ask that all attendees sign in and out of the program on the sheet provided, and an on-sight proctor (who is also a CPA) must verify the accuracy of this document. After the program has been viewed, the sign-in sheets should be sent it back to us via e-mail or fax (860-489-4887) along with a typed list of all of the names and e-mails (to ensure accuracy). We will send all attendees links to their CPE certificates via e-mail within 30 days. If you do not receive your e-mail, or have difficulty accessing your certificate, please contact us.

We would like to thank LearnLive Technologies for making our Virtual Conference Series possible, and helping to make our live conferences available to professionals who can not attend in person.
