There are three ways to register for The Partner Compensation Symposium West.
1. Complete On-Line Registration and hit the submit button.
2. Print and Complete Registration Form and either fax it to 860-489-4887 or mail it with payment to:

Please note that your registration is not complete until we have received your payment in full. We request that all registrations are received no later than September 15, 2010.
CPE Credit: 12 CPE credits in the Firm Management Category
For CPE purposes, PDI Global, Inc. is sponsoring The Forum on Recruiting and Retention as a continuing professional education activity. Participants are eligible to receive CPE credit in the fields of study shown above through a Group-Live delivery method. In accordance with the standards of the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, CPE credits have been granted based on a 50-minute hour. There are no prerequisites of advanced preparation needed for this intermediate level program.
PDI Global is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPA Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Fee for conference includes all sessions, conference materials and breakfasts, refreshment breaks, lunch and reception. Registration for groups of 3 or more individuals per organization may qualify for additional discounts. Please e-mail email@example.com for more information.
Hotel Reservations: Hotel reservations are the responsibility of each conference attendee. A reduced room rate of $199 per night is available at Bellagio Las Vegas. To make your reservations, call (888) 987-6667. Be sure to mention that you're attending The Advisory Board Winning Clients is Everything event to get the reduced room rate. You must make your reservation prior to September 26, 2012 in order to receive the discount.
Refunds: Full refunds will be issued if written cancellation requests are received prior to 8/19/2012. Refunds, less an administration fee of $100, will be issued on written requests received before 9/19/2012. Due to financial obligations incurred, no refunds will be issued on cancellation requests received after 9/19/2012. Program "no shows" forfeit their entire registration fee. To cancel or change a reservation, please contact conference administration as soon as possible.
Substitutions: You may substitute another individual for your registration. All substitutions must be communicated to conference administration prior to 10/11/12.
